Shallow End is a film-based photographic series set in municipal pools, where leisure, control, and quiet surveillance intersect. The work focuses on repetition and restraint—lane lines, warning signs, tiled grids—set against bodies in moments of rest, touch, and casual intimacy. Shot slowly and deliberately on film, the images emphasize surface, light, and structure, allowing atmosphere to carry the narrative.
